I’ve moved out, what happens to my belongings?
Any belongings left in your room won’t be removed whilst you’re still in contract. But you must ensure your belongings are removed no later than your contract end date. You can start collecting your belongings from 1st June with a collection appointment.
How will Optivo ensure I am safe whilst collecting my belongings?
To ensure all students are able to collect their belongings safely, you will need to book a collection appointment with your local accommodation team via email. Appointmnts will be available for 1st June onwards. Appointments will be restricted to small numbers each day to ensure you have the time and space to collect your belongings safely.
Those collecting belongings will only be permitted 1 additional person to enter the building with them. Social distancing guidelines will need to be adhered to at all times.
Please do not make your way to your accommodation without first having an appointment as this may compromise the safety of yourself, other residents and staff.
Please note: You'll only be able to collect your belongings with an appointment.
How can I collect my belongings?
