So, we’ve taken out the hard part and found some great spots to check out near our student accommodation, Goldsmiths House that’ll suit whatever mood you’re in for different days.

You can’t go wrong with a good book to read and having Daunt Books, only a 20-minute walk away it’s a stunning local book shop around the corner is an adventure straight from a book itself. With what seems like endless racks of books it’s very easy to spend the day looking at them all or attending the many events hosted there – totally a must-do for student living. Camden Market! Only a 15-minute walk from your student housing, this is a place to visit. They say no two days are the same there and you can bet on that. With a myriad of street food, local art, and independent shops you could get lost exploring the market for a day out.

Regent Park, only a 5-minute walk from your accommodation it’s a great place to enjoy some greenery in central London with cafes dotted around and don’t forget to visit Queen Mary’s Rose Gardens. (it’s also a great place to visit for study sessions)

Madame Tussauds is the place to visit with your new flatmates and visit the famous museum filled with celebs and unlimited photo opportunities and laughs to check out the lifelike models of your favourite celebs.
